LENTILS

INGREDIENTS

3 cups lentils
Large oil ¼ cup
2 chorizo ​​sausages
1 sprig parsley
1 bay leaf
3 carrots papas1
1 cup hogaosal and pepper to taste


PREPARATION

Wash lentils thoroughly and put into a large pot with plenty of cold water plus a tablespoon of oil, parsley and bay leaf; cooking.
Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into cubes. If you want, you can scratch the carrot. Cut thinly sliced ​​sausage or chorizo.
When lentils are half cooked, add carrots, potatoes and sausage or chorizo.
Hogao is prepared with onion tomato and olive oil (see below Hogao) and added to the lentils with salt and pepper, cook slowly until everything is cooked. Serve with white rice at serving time. Sleeps 6.
